Shipping costs Netherlands
For orders above € 49,- there are no shipping costs!
For orders below € 49,- shipping costs will be charged, depending on carrier you choose, from €6.95.
Shipping costs Belgium
There are no shipping costs for orders above € 75,-!
For orders under € 75,- shipping costs will be charged, depending on carrier you choose, from € 9,95.
Shipping costs Luxembourg
For orders you pay € 15,- shipping costs.
Shipping costs Germany
For orders you pay € 12,50 shipping costs.
Shipping costs France
For orders you pay € 25,- shipping costs.
Shipping costs Austria, Spain, Italy, Sweden and United Kingdom
For orders you pay € 37,50 shipping costs.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 23.30 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. You can choose your own carrier on the checkout page. The orders are sent as parcel post and are provided with a Track & Trace number. So you can always see where your order is.
Not at home?
The deliverymen will hand over your order personally. If nobody is home, they will come the next day again. If nobody opens the door the second time, your order will be delivered to the nearest post office. You can pick it up there by showing your ID. If the parcel is not picked up on time at the collection point and you still wish to receive the order, a contribution of €10 will be charged. You can also have your order delivered to an alternative address, such as your work address.

Returns
You can return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt. You do this by registering your return within these 14 days via this link. You can choose which carrier you want to use to return the product. You will then receive confirmation on how to return the package.
If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, you pay the return shipping costs. We will then refund you the purchase price.
Is there something wrong with your product? Please contact us first by sending an e-mail to info@dutchdesignbrand.com with the order number, a description of the problem and if possible a photo. We will then contact you about the situation. If there is something wrong with the product, the return costs are of course at our expense.
